Service Description

Barre: Sculpt and Strengthen This class will take you through a full Ballet Barre - honing in on each muscle group with isometric movements and strength training combinations. With a focus on balance, strength, and flexibility, we will move from the barre into standing exercises to tone and build muscular insurance. Class will end on the floor with muscle elongation movements, Pilates based core work and restorative stretches. Barre Sculpt and Strengthen will culminate in feeling stronger, more agile, and most importantly completely in tune with every part of your body.
